Export your data
Get a copy of the personal data GodBrowser holds about you. You do not need to be able to sign in. Every request is recorded and answered with a reference number.
How an export works today
An export is request-based: there is no "download my data" button yet. You file the request (below, or from the Account section of the dashboard if you can sign in), we verify that it comes from the account holder, and a member of our team assembles and sends it.
- Acknowledgement: we reply to the email address you give us within 3 business days, quoting your reference number.
- Verification: a request filed from the dashboard while signed in is already tied to your account and needs no further check. A request filed here is confirmed with you first — by a reply from the email address registered on the account, or, for an account registered with a mobile number only, by a code we text to that number. We never send an export to anyone who has not proven they hold the account.
- Delivery: within 30 days of a verified request, to the email address you gave — as an attachment, or as a one-time download link when the archive is too large for email (recordings usually are).
What the export contains
A ZIP archive of JSON files (UTF-8, one file per data class, timestamps in ISO 8601 UTC), plus your session recordings as their original files. The classes:
- Account: your account record (email address and/or mobile number, display name, role, when it was created) and the sign-in identity held by our identity provider (identity type, confirmation and last-sign-in timestamps — never your password, which we hold only as a salted hash).
- Consent and requests: your SMS consent records (timestamp, channel, the exact text shown) and every data-rights or support request you filed, with their references and status.
- Your workspace: API keys (name, prefix, created/last-used — never the key, which we do not hold), stored accounts, domains and email accounts, phone and registration verifications, workflows and recipes (with their versions), tasks, result rows, sessions and session state, screencast recordings, cluster nodes, device-link and MCP authorisation records, and your usage counters.
- Activity: the product events recorded against your user id (sign-ins, funnel steps, errors), with their timestamps.
Not included, and why: the values of the secrets in your account vault — they are encrypted at rest and a plaintext copy in an email is a worse place for them than the dashboard, where you can read them at any time while signed in; the export lists their names and metadata. Also not included: request and security logs (IP addresses, user agents), which we keep for a limited period for abuse prevention and do not attribute to accounts in an export.

Request an export
Recorded immediately; you get a reference number on this page. Only the email address is required — if you registered with a mobile number, give any email address to deliver to and put the number in the second field.
Prefer email? Write to support@godbrowser.io from the address on the account, with the subject "Data export request". The form above is the channel we recommend: it is recorded and ticketed the moment you submit it.
