Terms of Service
Effective date: 11 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of godbrowser.io, the GodBrowser browser, the Cortex automation cluster, the dashboard at portal.godbrowser.io, the REST API, and the MCP server at mcp.godbrowser.io (together, the "Services"), provided by EFIRITY PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202402844G) with its registered office at 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore (049422) ("GodBrowser", "we", "us").
By creating an account, installing GodBrowser, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
1. What the Services are
GodBrowser is a browser that produces coherent device fingerprints for legitimate browser automation, testing, and research. Cortex lets you run GodBrowser across your own nodes ("BYO nodes") and submit workflows via the API, dashboard, or MCP server. Results stream back to you.
The Services are tools. You decide what to run, where to point it, and what data to collect — and you are responsible for those decisions (Section 3).
2. Acceptable use
The Services are for authorized automation, testing, and research. Use them only lawfully and only where you have the right to do so. You must not:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- access, automate against, or collect data from any third-party system, site, or service where you are not authorized to do so, or in a manner that unlawfully breaches that third party's terms, technical measures, or rights;
- engage in fraud, account-takeover, credential abuse, payment fraud, spam, or distribution of malware;
- conduct denial-of-service, abusive mass-targeting, or volumetric attacks against any third party;
- harvest or process personal data unlawfully, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- attempt to break tenant isolation, access another customer's data or nodes, or probe, scan, or disrupt the Services' own infrastructure other than your authorized account;
- resell, sublicense, or expose the Services to third parties except as permitted, or use them to build a competing product in violation of any license terms.
We do not pre-screen your workflows or targets. Using this browser does not make an otherwise-prohibited activity permitted; legality and authorization are your responsibility.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this Section (Section 9).
3. BYO nodes & customer responsibility
- You run the nodes. Cortex schedules workflows onto infrastructure you own and operate, using your model and your credentials. The browsing your automation performs, the targets it reaches, and the content it processes happen on your nodes.
- You are solely responsible for: the workflows you submit; the sites, services, and systems you target; obtaining any authorization, consent, or license required for that activity; the data you collect and how you store, process, and disclose it; and compliance with all laws applicable to your use.
- You are responsible for securing your nodes, your proxies, your API keys, and any credentials or personas you supply.
4. AI account-register flow
The Services include an AI-driven account-register flow. If you use it:
- you are responsible for the inputs you provide (identities/personas, target services) and for the legality and authorization of registering or operating accounts on any target;
- you must comply with the target service's terms and applicable law;
- you supply and control the AI model/credentials used to drive it, and you are responsible for that model's outputs and costs.
This feature is a tool you direct; its use is your responsibility.
5. Accounts & API keys
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- API keys (
gbk_…) authenticate calls as your account. Treat them as secrets. You are responsible for all activity under your keys until revoked. - We store only a hashed form of each key; if you lose a key, rotate it — we cannot recover the plaintext.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including by anyone you allow to use it and by any AI client or agent you connect (including via MCP).
- You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
5b. SMS programme
SMS programme. Programme name: GodBrowser Alerts, sent by EFIRITY PTE. LTD. (GodBrowser). By providing your mobile number you consent to receive one-time sign-in codes and account notifications by SMS. We do not currently send product news or marketing by SMS; if we ever add it, it will require a separate opt-in that is unchecked by default. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe (this stops all SMS to that number, including sign-in codes) or HELP for help, or contact support@godbrowser.io. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is not shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Our delivery subcontractor transmits messages on our behalf as our processor and handles your number for delivery only — see the Privacy Policy, Section 5b. The full programme description is at godbrowser.io/sms. In plain words: we do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never treat your consent as something that can be passed to another sender.
6. The software
- GodBrowser is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and run the GodBrowser binary for your own authorised automation, testing, and research. There is no separate end-user licence agreement: these Terms govern both the hosted Services (Cortex, the API, the portal, and MCP) and your use of the binary.
- You must not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the binary, remove or alter its notices, or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
- The binary incorporates third-party open-source components, which remain licensed to you under their own respective licences. Where an open-source licence grants you rights that conflict with this section, that licence prevails for that component.
- You must not use the Services or software in violation of any export-control or sanctions law.
7. Service availability & changes
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, deprecate, or remove features, and may impose rate limits or quotas. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. No warranty
THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, undetectable, or will achieve any particular result. You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EFIRITY PTE. LTD. AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless EFIRITY PTE. LTD. from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your workflows and targets, your BYO nodes, your use of the AI register flow, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension & termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may request deletion of your account at any time at godbrowser.io/delete-account (no login required; see the Privacy Policy, Section 8, for what is erased and retained).
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms (including Section 2), if required by law, or to protect the Services or third parties.
- On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature survive (e.g. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 12) continue.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@godbrowser.io and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice through the Services. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
